In Chilled Pubs we operate a 'HELPDESK' system. Here are the different ways that you can get help:

 

You can help yourself via our HELP CENTRE. It has all of the latest details of everything to do with our pubs

 

You can book a table yourself - INSTANTLY - in any of our pubs:

 

We can 'ASSIST' you with booking a table / amending a booking / cancelling a table (up to 12 hr response time)

 

You can 'LIVE CHAT' with one of our Helpdesk Agents (Click 'Chat' in the bottom right of your screen) - our live chats are active 10am until 9pm every day (excluding Christmas day and New Years Day)

 

You can EMAIL us for 'General Enquiries' (up to 12 hr response time)

We now operate on an online basis either through Live Chat or enquiry options on our website - our live chat is on from 10am - 9pm every day!

We just had far too many calls coming through for us to give the service to our guests that they have come to expect in our business.

Our online system is constantly developing and growing to meet growing demands.
